I'm in the middle of starting my own LLC. which is currently pending approval with the state ( Ohio ) Akron/Cleveland/Canton area . I've been researching and reading a lot of great information about wholesaling,pre-foreclosure purchase,Foreclosure home purchase,etc. My plan once my LLC. is finalized is to create Net 30 accounts to grow my business credit worthiness , moving on from there to gas cc, store cc , etc. The idea is to start with Wholesaling to get enough cash from that to purchase homes with cash, I feel as if I have a solid plan just needs some more direct that I feel I would benefit from an experienced Investor . If nothing more I would love to have a conversation with someone that can guide me in the right direction and build a relationship with both personally and professional.
