Any updates on if New Wealth Advisors is legit, worth it, or a scam? I'm on a call now and they same decent and honest, but some reviews on here and other sites are a bit concerning. Anyone in business takes risks, but a lawsuit and some other things don't look great. Thoughts?

Totally in the same boat. My markets are very difficult I'm finding, even when looking at potential fixer-uppers, the numbers just don't work. Current mortgage rates aren't helping. still hopping to find a way!!!

Hi all!
Excited to get started as I begin looking for my first property. Ideally looking for a 4-plex in Austin, Los Angeles, or Seattle (places where I'm able to work with my job). I'd like to use 3.5% down with an FHA loan. Any experts in those markets, please reach out!
