Hi Lisett,
Welcome to the world of Real Estate. Going to a meet up and talking with anyone more experienced than yourself is a great place to start.
My advice is always to start walking properties. I personally found an agent in the area I was looking in and told her that I am new and looking to walk properties with the intent to purchase in the next year. Later, on bigger pockets, I met a mentor that helped me through my first steps.
Feel free to message me if you want my contact as I am happy to give advice and let you pick my brain.
I will be attending Windy City REI and Chicagoland REI this month if you will be there.
Good work and great job in advance on your REI Journey!

Hi Jonathan, I unfortunately missed this meet up. Do you do these monthly? Is there a website link with future meet ups?

Good Afternoon All,
I am looking into using a property management software for my business. I only manage 4 units and plan on growing but want to get ahead of the curve on the technology side. I think that a property management software could be great for streamlining processes, create consistency when dealing with tenants, help document any issues, and automatic rent payments and latefees.
Any recomendations or thoughts is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Good Morning,
I just bought a 4 Flat where the water bill is combined and I pay for all at the end of the month.
Where do I start to get everyone to pay for their own individual water bill?
