Is Lusby an up an coming area? I have seen several postings with properties there. I get it Lusby is sort of within driving distance to DC. Anyone have thoughts on it? I looked at the area and there are plenty available homes to purchase. Thanks

I filed for bankruptcy and I'm wanting to know if I can Co sign with my brother, who has good credit, for a 203k loan so I can be the resident of the property. Any advice on how to get approved for a loan that will incorporate my mortgage and the renivation in the same loan. Is that a thing, or will I have to come out of pocket with the rehab.
