My name is Joe, I am based in Charlotte, NC. I bring over 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on residential building, remodeling, and project management. While I am newer to the investment side of real estate, my career has given me a deep understanding of property structure, site potential, and what it truly takes to bring a project from concept to completion—on time and on budget.

My business partner and I have recently launched our investment business (TEEM Transformations LLC). We are particularly interested in fix-and-flip opportunities, as well as manufactured and mobile home investments.
