How's it going guys my name is Joseph Villarreal. I've been looking around the forums for about a year now and still learn something new everyday.

I've grown up around real estate my whole life and wasn't able to do the work I had planned on due to medical problems. I love what I'm doing now, and am very interested in working with investors. I passed the test for my real estate license at the end of august, and have been working at Century 21 in Crosby.
