Hi Jose,

The rate will depend on the current LTV and DSCR. When was this property purchased? Are all units fully occupied?

You should have enough time to close on this, but would need to order an appraisal ASAP.

Thanks for the update.  I will reach out asap.

Is the majority of the property's square footage residential? If so, we may be able to assist on the DSCR side.

Yes, the majority is residential.  What do you need to provide a loan estimate.

I own a property that has a tire shop and 3-SFR on it. I need to pay a private lender by 12-31-2024. I would appreciate any advice of where to look for one.

My fico is 780 and I am sure I can find a rate closer to 7-9%.

Please advice.

I have a healthy RE portfolio but no experience with my subdivision project. I am in the process of completing my subdivision and I need help finding a lender who can provide financing for two new houses, JADU and ADU each with its own lot. More importantly, can anyone recommend someone in California who can provide some guidance with my project (contractor who's done this before, lender with contractor relations or vice-versa). Currently submitting final plans that include Architectural and subdivision approval. Owner builder or building with a Contractor are questions I need answered plus any info I can get to improve my changes of getting a competitive loan. Any advice/referral will be appreciated.

I am new to BP. I have a healthy RE portfolio but no experience with my subdivision project. I am in the process of completing my subdivision and I need help finding a lender who can provide financing for two new houses, each with its own lot. More importantly, can anyone recommend someone in or around the inland empire, California who can provide some guidance with my project (contractor whos done this before, lender with contractor relations or vice-versa). Quick Q1: I need to refi my loan on this project now (currently misuse, converting from 1 lot to 3 SFR lots) your referrals would be appreciated. Quick Q2: How will my subdivision effect my ability to refinance into a new loan?
