Those two banks you mentioned, East River Bank (now DNB First) and with Royal Bank, do they lend to investors with more than 10 mortgages already? Do they deal with FNMA Renovation Loan?

Hello Fellow Investors,

I just acquired my first property which I intend to fix and flip. I was looking for contractors who can see the job and provide me with quotes. The house is 1200 sf and needs the kitchen and bathroom remodeled. It also needs most of the windows and doors changed as well as painting and flooring.
