@Matt Motil thank you for the tip I actually have like 80k on property value from what I owe for what I can sell it for.. It's a 3700 sqft home.  My mortgage is 2000 how much money you think I can rent it for? I have no experience on this. The house is located in a nice quiet subdivision, however the subdivision and there is lots of construction around, lots of shopping centers with big brand stores are being built like in front of the subdivision the mall is like 6 minutes away and the freeway access is real close like not even 1mile from the subdivision. If someone that know the area I live in the summer lake subdivision in Rosenberg TX if you guys can get me like a percentage number on how much the property will be worth once all this construction is done..
