Just learned about lease options in the book, "Investing...with no money down." This piqued my interest on a potential financing option. What other lease-option-specific books or other sources are recommended to learn more?

Greetings! I am a rookie investor in the southern Westchester area of New York. I am a full-time Pastor and love my community, so I am willing to invest here though expensive compared to out-of-state options. I am looking to network with people to begin learning. I value relationships and would love to meet in person with individuals or groups. Any suggestions?

Thank you everyone for your kind and thorough replies. At my stage in the game, my goals are to learn, network, save $. I hope the first two will bear fruit of success later down the road.

Hello BiggerPockets community! I am a Yonkers resident looking to begin real estate investing. My dream is to offer quality housing for people in my community while building lasting relationships. My community is a very expensive place to live and I don't make a lot of money. Instead of saying I can't, I am asking how can this be done. Any advice would be helpful in starting out!
