Hello BP,

Question for all the BP experts. If I buy a house for cash under my LLC, can I sell the house to myself (as an individual) for more money through a conventional loan? I know this would have to appraise high enough. Thanks!

This guy reached out to me on Connected Investors.  I don't think he's real.  I think it's a scam.  I came over here to search for him, and think I found my answer with your post.  I'd stay away...
