I’m heading to Orlando, FL from CA and looking for any real estate groups/meetups.

Moving to a new state (Orlando, FL) and need a job.
I already have an Airbnb home but looking to do some BRRR and rentals.
What jobs can I get to help me learn more the market/industry/zoning/connections and all things rental housing related?
(Background in basic construction)
I’d like to have this job to pay bills until I’ve acquired enough properties to move on from it.
