That's awesome, thanks man.  I deleted my Facebook at beginning of  Michigans lockdown after realizing I wasted so much time on it with nothing to gain. Is there other ways to find groups?

I closed on my first property a duplex where I live in one unit and rent out the other. I'm going to house hack the unit I live in by renting out my spare bedroom. I am wanting to move forward with another property  that I want to rent out. but need hard money lenders to get the ball rolling. Google searches only bring up so much info. What are some tips  for a newbie and or are any lenders out there for someone fresh to the real estate game?
