@John Mazzolini may have some insight into this as well. John works for a large wholesaler that also helps REIs flip or hold and rent their properties. John and I are both in NE Dallas.

Hello all! I have been interested and studying real estate for about 2 years now and decided now is the time to get in the mix and start actively looking for deals. I have particular interest in Wholesaling properties to build my own capital, once build I want to transition into multifamily deals. I have already reached out and connected with a few of you, but looking forward to meeting more of you. Thanks to all in the community and can't wait to get going!
Following along here. Recently gotten into looking for wholesale deals. Trying to get team in place to get my first deal. Found title companies who work with wholesalers, and have a few potential cash buyers. Driving for $$ now and looking for deals.
