Thanks everyone for the welcome. Sorry it took so long to get back on here. I actually don't live in Cheneyville but I do spend most of my time in Alexandria which is where I am looking to invest. I have heard those books mentioned several times in my readings and listening to audiobooks. I would not be closed to helping with a flip to start off, and doing more as I get more experience. My mother is about to finish her second flip in KS. Her first one was profitable, but not as much as she anticipated. Hopefully I can get on here more than I have this past week.

Hi everyone,

My name is Josh and I have been living in Central Louisiana for about a year now and I just finished RDPD Cashflow Quadrant. I am excited to read and learn all I can about everything on buying and holding. Before actually joining BP I would watch their youtube videos on a weekly basis. Hopefully this is one of those small steps to becoming my own boss someday.
