Andrew Johnson that's great advice, and exactly what I did. I was upfront about what I didn't know and what I wasn't sure about. I explained some of the information I had learned prior to meeting and was able to run it by her to make sure it was correct. I explained my goals, both short term and long term, and asked exactly what areas she was able to provide assistance in. I think it was a successful first meeting. Thank you for your help and advice!

Arpan Patel yeah, I have to admit I was a little intimidated (for lack of a better word) going into the meeting. It went really well though! She answered all of my questions and it was clear that she has my best interest at heart. She has actually known me since I was four years old and I didn't even realize it. My uncle and her do a great deal of business and he actually introduced her to the man who is now her husband. She has investing experience, as well properties of her own, and some helpful connections. I think she'll be a good fit for the type of realtor I need just starting out. Thanks again for your help and advice!

Ryan Mainwaring thanks for the welcome! I've found the email newsletter to be extremely helpful as well. I'm hoping to be able to start attending the webinars as soon as I can get a change in my upcoming work schedule. I'm still amazed at all the helpful info that BP has to offer.

Arpan Patel unfortunately my uncle is in Florida and won't be back in Ohio for a considerable amount of time. I have an idea of the investment strategy I want to use, and the areas I'm looking in. I think I may just be a bit nervous since this is our first meeting.

I plan to attend my first meetup here in Columbus a week from today, thanks to info from another BP member. Setting alerts for keywords is a great idea!! I really appreciate the help!!
