Hello all,

I’m attempting to build some momentum in the wholesailing game. I’ve been working on mostly probate lists in Prince George’s, Anne Arundel and Calvert counties for the past 5 months with not much luck other than a few calls and one appointment. Would anyone be able to suggest a good list to work. I’m hearing tax delinquent but I’m not sure where to get a tax delinquent list or what the process is? Please help.

Could anyone provide any helpful information on investing in Maryland?  I've started out working the probate lists in Maryland via cold calling and Direct mail.  Are there any other lists I should look at I'm hearing that targeting Pre Foreclosure's is not prohibited in Maryland could anyone elaborate on that?
