My first purchase was a 3 bedroom 2 bath on the main highway going through SE AR for 160k on 2 acres. The bank owned 6 acres around the property and didn’t know it so they were delinquent on the taxes and I paid a little over 200 bucks and took the property. Putting my brick home with a wrap around porch on 8 acres for $160,200 bucks. Whoop. I have 4 rentals so I’m putting the money into the property while I rent it out. Awesome deal. Thanks for letting me share.
