@Al Lens

Whenever you want you can’t send me a message on BP and we can talk! Open to learning new things and meeting new people!

@Jon Schwartz

Thanks for the points! I’ll make sure to look into extra material in order to further understand how to hack a duplex. If you have/know of any material that would help me further understand that it would be greatly appreciated!

@Rei Reid

Nice to meet you, feel free to message me on BP and we can talk!

@Jon Schwartz

Thanks for reaching out! I actually do have a question I can think of right now if you don’t mind answering when you have time.

do you have any advice on how to come at getting a duplex in the LA area in today’s market?

@Arlen Chou

Correct, I never intended on making an offer without knowing what I’m doing / having everything together. I took the advice I received and interpreted it as “you won’t get anything done if you don’t offer.” Because I hear a lot of people saying that there’s no deals but as BP says, you got to find them.

Thanks for your advice! If you have any more advice I’m all ears!

Located in Los Angeles (Silver Lake area) want to get to know people in my area that has the same interest in real estate, or just connect in general I’m open to all information.

I am new to the topic but I’m determined to close my first deal soon, hopefully a duplex, and to soak up all the knowledge and connect.

@Joseph Firmin

I’m located in LA do you happen to have any connections out here? Trying to network and get to know people that have the same interests, doesn’t hurt to ask.

Thank you

@Joseph Firmin

Noted! Thank you!

I am a current 3rd year in college and have about 10k saved up in order to get my first property (duplex). I have educated myself when it comes to what I need in order to get started but I wanted to know if anybody had any tips when it comes to acquiring one. What should I avoid, what loop holes did you find useful?
