Thanks for the feedback Kirky! If by bootstrapping you mean not a pot tomoiss in for the most part :), then yes, that is for the most part us.... But I can be pretty resourceful when I am a motivated and I am more motivated than I have ever been in my life and fully committed to succeeding... All your help is so appreciated and any knowledge you have to share is absolutely welcomed!!!

Well Kirky, from the little I know, I think my base desire lies in accumulating rental properties but I also like the idea of Flipping.... Would fully appreciate any advice or direction you can share.... I am trying to soak up as much as I can lately through podcasts but find that these forums may provide the greatest wealth of knowledge.... The one thing I can say for sure about Ash and myself....
