I am currently looking to do some out of state investing in Columbus. Would love to connect with people.

I am also looking to invest in this market. Honesty just getting started with my research. I want to start with SFR and then move into multi family. Long term buy and hold/ BRRR method.

This is an amazing story, I am so thankful that you shared it. I am currently looking at getting into real estate investing, like you I have been absorbing BP, Forums, and books for the past year. I found a partner and we are looking at investing out of state. Just trying to find the best out of state area, currently looking at Austin, TX and San Antonio, TX. Reading this has motivated me to do a BRRR for our first property.

My name is Joshua LeMasters, I am 26 years old. Currently living in Portland Oregon, I am a part-time youth pastor and work full time at intel. I got interested in real estate by coming to the realization that everyone in my life I look up to owns properties, and of course, reading rich dad poor dad. My goal in real estate is to get enough cash flow through rentals to be able to be in full-time ministry without taking a paycheck from the church. I found Biggerpockets by searching Real estate podcasts on my iPhone. I am excited to network and grow within the industry!
