I am a new wholesaler in Dallas, TX and i have acquired a tax delinquent list from dallas county. The list is a text file that i converted into a pdf and it is just very difficult to understand. I need to sort through the list but that would just take too much time. As for hiring a VA I would not even know what to tell them to do with the list. Has anyone experienced this in Dallas, TX and found a way to work it?
