I want to get into multi family real estate and have about 75K cash plus 60-80K in potential equity in my home. I don’t want to sell my house but I’m wondering if there are creative ways to maximize the equity. Any ideas?

I am 22 years old and I just purchased my first property. I currently am vp of sales for a Public Adjusting firm and I want to use all the money I earn from sales and create a second flow of income by buying single family homes and holding them.
