Hey everyone I sold my house in California and have a good amount to invest in a rental property. I’m trying to figure out if single family or multi family is the best way to go. I would love to connect with some people in Phoenix who own smaller building 6-10 units. I’m also open to single family investing, but most have my research has lead me to believe multi-family is where it’s at.
