How difficult is it to obtain a second mortgage about 6 months after purchasing my first rental property? What is needed?
Should I say that I am purchasing the property as my primary residence right up until the last minute instead of saying it will be an investment property from the start?
What is the easiest way to get pre-approved?

Thoughts on buying rental properties close to new large apartment complexes? Bad idea or will the new construction bring up the neighborhood and create more interest?
