Thank you Todd! I did know about the Dallas, and Collin websites. For the Collin they require for me to enter information about who I am looking for which i don't have. Thank you for the other links they are very helpful.

Hello BP family, I am trying to find Judgements and leans records from the Dallas, Collin, and Denton county. I have contacted the counties and they told me I must have the name of the person or the property address but I don't have that information.  I want a list of all the records from 6 moths ago in all the county.

Does any local investor Here in the Dallas, Fort Worth area know where can I get this list??

All your responses are greatly appreciated!

Sounds great Andrew! I advice you to look into wholesaling specially here in Dallas! That way you don't have to spend any of you money and make some money to get you going with your other real estate ventures. Do you know anything about wholesaling?

Hey Carl, I am a investor here in Dallas Texas. When I find myself with the same problem I look for the top wholesalers in my area and give them the info of the house and we make a contract that we both will make 50/50 of the deal. Now that is one of my last resources.

Also go to the Tittle company and ask them to give you a list of all the agents that have investors with high volume of cash transactions. This works well for me!

Let me know if this helps!

Hello Joe, Thank you for the welcoming! The way my wife wife and I ended up choosing to start with wholesaling is because we have some retire real estate developers as our mentors. As our friendship and mentorship grew they presented to us some real estate strategies one of them being wholesaling.
