I am looking to learn how to get into wholesale and I am of course learning little by little. My question is did you get into wholesale with a license and if so was it an easier path

@Jason Brown I also live in south florida, I was wondering how did you get started? Did you get a real estate license or start the wholesale route. My apologies for the questions, just very new at this

After seeing a couple of videos, i feel like a real estate license would be a good start. My question is what online courses can you recommend for me to get a license or school in miami,fl ?
