Another month passed by, the previous property manager still did not send me the deposit. So I put an factual complain on Yelp and warning to file complain with California Bureau of Real Estate. It worked!  I got a call from the previous property manager and they are sending out my package today.

Yes, both me and my new property manager are pushing the previous property manager via email/phone calls.

I got email response from the previous property manager today thank god. They will mail out the doc and security deposit today. So let's see.

If I did not received the package within 2 weeks, shall I proceed to go arbitration or small claim court?  My management agreement with them says no law suit, shall seek arbitration first.

I just switched to a new property manager, but the old property manager did not send me the security deposit and all the documents and keys and not responding to my calls/emails.

What shall I do?
