Hello!  My husband and I  are new to the Real Estate Investment arena.  I have a property that I am interested in but I am uncertain about selecting the correct company for 1st Time Investors.

The property is listed as $115,000 but will need extensive work. The area that it is currently has homes that have been and are being renovated. I have searched a few banks that work mainly with Real Estate Investing but I need assistance vetting and looking for the best fit.

Does any have any experience with the following banks:
Top Investor Renovation Loan Companies in Georgia:

1. CoreVest Finance

2. Rehab Financial Group (RFG)

3. Capital Fund 1

4. LYNK Capital

5. Kiavi

Please advise.  Or if you have some other suggestions, please let me know.
