Hello! My name is Joy Hardin and I am super excited to have found Bigger Pockets! My husband and I currently own one single family rental home. We really enjoy being landlords and have a goal of starting our own property management company in a few years, but first I plan to get my real estate broker license in order to gain some experience in the industry. I have really enjoyed listening to the podcast. They are really informative and Brandon and Josh crack me up! I know some people are not crazy about their jokes, but they make me laugh!
