What is you strategy for selecting tenants? I've reviewed credit history, background checks, and income sources. Do you accept tenants with evictions? Collections? Do you have a base credit score for acceptance?

You might want to check with your CPA or the attorney who set up the LLC's.

Hello,

Is anyone aware of banks in the Washington DC area willing to open accounts for series LLCs (set of LLCs with articles in parent name)?

Due to the structure, there aren’t articles for each series. This is the issue for most banks I’ve contacted or they aren’t familiar with it at all.
