I may be selling an investment property "subject to" in Vinings, who is a good lawyer who can walk me thru the paperwork that knows this process very very well? Thanks in advance, this is a great board.

Looking forward to meeting other like minded RE investors and buyers. I plan to put into motion a system to bird dog good investment opportunities and I will be looking to assign opportunities to competent buyers at first. I.E. I am looking for some great partners to help me build this business and create a win/win relationship in the Atlanta Georgia area and particularly S. Atlanta first.
