I also got burned by Morris Invest/Oceanpoint.

The property never finished, every though they said it was.

Oceanpoint never rented it and somehow got few rental checks.

Ocenpont never returned my calls.

Had to go thorough Clayton get answers.

I paid 45k originally and had to spend additional 8k to fix it up again.

I would definitely stay away from Morris Invest.

Goto the courthouse or place where to pay prop taxes in person. You will be told that list does not exist, eventually they will give it to you.
