@Michael K Gallagher Thank you for the encouraging words and for your help with this! Connecting with your podcast member would be a great opportunity—I appreciate you facilitating the introduction.

Hi everyone!

I’m a General Manager with several years of experience managing Marriott-branded limited service hotels (100–180 keys) across Florida, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. In addition to branded properties, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with boutique hotels, which has given me a strong foundation in both structured and independent operations.

I'm now working toward the goal of owning my first hotel and would love to connect with others who have made the transition from operations into ownership. I don't come from a capital-rich network, but I bring a deep understanding of hotel operations, NOI, and day-to-day financial management—and I'm confident in my ability to add value to underperforming properties.

Right now I’m refining my buy box and learning more about the acquisition and fundraising process. If you’ve gone down this path or are active in boutique hotel investments or syndications, I’d really appreciate the opportunity to connect, learn, and potentially collaborate.

Thank you so much for your time,

—Juan

I am currently looking into boutique hotels in the south Florida area to purchase. Is there such thing as an investor that can lend the capital for purchase? Any help or anyone that is interested please let me know
