Hello Everyone,

My name is Joseph Lane and I'm a 25 year old from Baton Rouge, LA. I'm currently working to acquire my second real estate property. This second property is a 4-unit multi-family home which I'm pretty excited about. I work full time as a Software Engineer for a health system and I also attend college part time. My real estate goals are to build wealth by utilizing the buy and hold strategy and also to learn the business enough to help mentor others.

I really look forward to learning and networking with you guys here in the BP community!
