The DM company Brandon Turner recommended us on the BP webinar last week was Open Letter Marketing. I believe being a Pro Member we get 5% off each order. It’s a bit pricey for me right now so I plan on writing handwritten letters after work and on the weekends. I’m also going to build an excel spreadsheet to keep record of the houses I find by driving for dollars that way I can track when I added them and when I need to send them a new letter. I know time consuming but economical haha!
