you need to be a licensed agent to list on MLS what you can do contact a agent and see if they will list in MLS for you for a flat fee

his online course is free. Took a look at it and they leave alot of things out of it of course. but wants you to pay alot of money to be in his network to find out things that are outdated. I just dont know if it would be worth the investment

Has any investors used charleton sheets program? And does it work? I heard so many bad and a few good stories about his program. He keeps emailing me to join just courious

Corey I use amt Direct it is web based and it has a wealth of information just google it since i cant put their addy in here does P and L tells you how much you put into it gives you the bottom line at an instant

I am new to Biggerpockets. I was an real estate agent assistant for 3yrs here in AZ and now Branching off for myself as investor and property management. The housing market here in Queen Creek is booming and very cheap for the area I am interstesting in networking with other agents and investors I can help with my knowledge and also I can do listing for agents. it is a scary thing to branch off by yourself when you had so many people to help you. I would like to help anyone and I would like help from others and like to recieve tips and advice from others
