I just getting interested on this idea  of  Airbnb.   And i went and listed  my place on it.    Anyone having success on AIRBNB.

How did you get started?

What  have you done different ?

What to avoid?

Who do you talk to, to be successful with Airbnb?

Hi  everybody,

I'm brand  new  to Notes and  want to know how you guys  bid  on notes  when you get  a Tape.

I know  you have to have  your Criteria,  so first  thing  weed out the bad ( what  you don't want).

What  next >??

This  is what  I See

Example: OH

Original LB $50,890      Year Sold 11/15/14 for $52,350 last payment date 4/25/17

Amortized LB $50,735.70

Y Built 1960  B/B 4/1   rate 9.9    term 360   Maturity 2044

I looked on Zillow and it gives me the FMV or Zestimate of $83,024

I know it  looks  like a  scrambled puzzle  with missing pieces but  where do I start putting the pieces together  to reach a reasonable bid??

Very much appreciate your feedback

Hi  all ,

I'm a newbie to note investing.  Done very exhaustive research on the subject   and  would love to hear your experience  when you  first  started baying your first Note.   (what, how, where)

At  the moment  I have 20k - 30k to deploy

This  is  my goal : buy my first note  and flip it or get  a  loan( based on that Note) to by my next  Note.

What  you guys  think  I  should  go first  Performing Note  or  Non-performing.   My goal  is  to Recapitalize  ASAP.  and eventually reach my goal  of  6 Performing Notes  for  cash flow.  And continue growing my Note portfolio.

it be  a great idea to find a partner someone trustworthy to  see how  this  is  done  hands on.  I know  I have lots  to learn but  not going  to sit  and just  watch

I'm  ready to  "Jump in the Note Investing business"

Would  love  to hear  how  someone  did  just  that.

Appreciate all your comments

Im interested in the Note business.  I started wholesaling and marketing making offers

but  when I heard of Note investing  I said  this  is very attractive to me..

I need some  guidence

hi Bob,  really loved  your interview  in the Podcast ... yes  I'm interested in Notes too..

this  sounds  lot  better  for me  than  jumping  into wholesaling  and dealing with tenants.

Please  let  me in.
