One way to start is grab an Apple Watch or something to help you monitor your steps and try to increase your step counts to 10,000 steps gradually. It's proven to help fat loss and just a good way to be active. I don currently do this I go the the gym about 5 times a week , I enjoy weight lifitng. Watch Jeremy Ethier on YouTube 10,000 steps.

I eventually want to do a house hack for my first investment I think would be the best way for me to start and reach my goals. Then eventually refi and buy more and more.
