Hi folks,
I’m looking for a lender or mortgage broker specialized in international investors in Illinois, do you know someone?
Hi folks!
I'm traveling to the US to close my first multifamily deal in the US and I'm looking for a handy man or contractor that goes with me to do the inspection this Wednesday. I appreciate your help.

Thanks for your anwer Jeff, this is my first deal and I just wanted to be sure, I agree with you, too late to check this. I have no worries, just wanted to learn and be 100% sure. I already checked and everything is ok, I'm excited for this step. Thanks man.

Though I must point out that if you are "in the closing part of the deal" and now you are worried that your broker/agent are unlicensed, you've probably left it too late! What makes you fear that they are unlicensed, and how would this impact your closing?

Hi everyone, this is my first deal in the US and I'm in the closing part of the deal (I have so many fears but at the same time emotion), how can I validate that the license of the broker and realtor are real?

@Jonathan Klemmthank you so much, I’m now beginning with Rockford, however, I’m open to meet opportunities in other areas. Being this the first time looking for a realtor, any directory or place you recommend me to look for them?
