Hello BiggerPockets community!

My wife and I own 3 rental properties in Louisville, KY for which we would like to get a property manager for.  We had a terrible experience with Timeless Property Management, so we would like to make the switch. We wanted to ask if any of you have recommendations on a reliable, respectful and honest property manager/property management company?.  All suggestions are welcome!  Thanks for your advice!
