Hi everyone, I'm working on a deal that looks like would work for the Brrrr strategy as there might be a lot of equity to begin with but I am wondering if there is a "seasoning" period before I can refinance as I wouldn't want to have all my money invested in this and have to wait a year before I can pull it out. I'm in Massachusetts and any feedback would be appreciated!

They have a lot of training for new people and you'll be signed up for a one year coaching program that is sure to get your business up and running! Hello everyone! My name is Juan Lebron and I'm a licensed Realtor in the western part  of Ma. I'm associated with Keller Williams Pioneer Valley in Longmeadow MA. I have flipped a couple of properties in the past and currently own two flips and hold in the Springfield area.
