@Julissa Rivera

Well I’m not a real estate agent, trying to learn, but if you offer me that extra marketing tools I’ll absolutely go with you if I’m selling my property instead other brokers. I think every property has its value, otherwise why you even want to take that listing?. Now with regard of price, well how much you value your time? Would you think you can have better possible buyers that really are interested in that property after virtually touring it instead of having a lot of showings just to find out they don’t like your property after seeing it because in the pictures looks different than the real life? Anyhow, luckily is not a set value for everyone that does Matterport jobs. So me personally think price has to be according to the size of property and value of the area. What do you think?

No slideshow, no music and of course no robotic voice. Immersive walkthrough, navigate “inside” properties at your own pace. And use Virtual reality headset to set your self into the 3D space. Here an example, use this link. Note: not my work, just a sample for the Matterport website.

Just a little update. Waiting for my equipment that is on it’s way. To start an outstanding photography service over the Chicago and suburbs area. 3D virtual walkthrough and HDR photography. Additionally virtual video tour and virtual reality. Colored 2D Floor plans and schematic floor plans.

That’s really great. I have to dig more and learn all about it. I’m sure is a good addition to photography and video. Thank you for the advice!

I have done photography, before, just not for real state yet. I do have some equipment to do photography. Very usefully post thank you. I may start doing photographs and eventually include the 3D modeling and virtual tours. Thank you!

Need to raise some money to star investment in real state. Thinking on a side job to increment income. Came across Matterport and the use of it for listings, rehab contractors and many more. Just wonder if I’ll be able to find a good market for 3D virtual tours, HD pictures, 3D models and many other services and products that this technology offer. Is the real state companies or agents using all this or are they interested in hire this type of services? Thank you all for your honest comments.
