I am selling a property wholesale (I'm working on other ventures).

The buyer asked me to fill out a disclosure. I usually have been on the buying end and never saw a disclosure on a wholesale/flip purchase. But it's been a while. I am selling as is.

Is this common. Buyer is not sure if they will rehab and sell or rent at this point.

So so can you share what you're criteria are that you asked via email to potential applicants before showing the house.
