What is the best way to get a property in front of prospective investors?

My dad is getting ready to put his house on the market and I think it would be a good fit for an investor. It's just outside Mountain Lakes, NJ. Big house (5BR), big lot, great neighborhood. But the house hasn't been maintained and needs lots of work.

How do I find people who might be interested in something like that?
