Hi all!  I am thinking of buying in California and renting out one of the units. Potentially in Sacramento.

Does anyone have a company they like that manages their rentals for them? Also looking for a good real estate legal professional who i could keep in my back pocket as questions arise.

Thanks for the recos - totally open to any other advise!
