 Hi Dave, thanks for your response, I have heard of deal machine as well, especially when driving for dollars. Is that a strategy you use (driving for dollars) ? Or are you more virtual when wholesaling?

 Hi Francis, thanks for the response and yes! I have come across both companies in my research but kind seems to be getting alot of love. I have also checked out their pricing, not bad! I like the pay as you go model they have as well.

 Oh ok cool that's good to know Kerry. I will definitely keep you in mind. How long have you been investing in properties? and also what would you say was the most challenging thing you had to overcome before developing a successful process for investing?

 Hi David thanks for getting back to me, its funny you mentioned kindskiptracing.com i came across them in the past few days... they seem to have some really good deals on skip tracing leads, especially for someone just starting off (pay as you go). I'm definitely going to give them a try and see how it goes.
