@NaDean Bowles Thanks. I'll be at the meeting. It's been a little hectic trying to lock in my first RE deal but I've been finding a great deal of info about this area. Still trying to figure out how hot certain areas are but I'll message you my number and you can call.

I've been visiting the forums and learning as much as possible but that only takes you so far before it's time to get your hands dirty. Would love to network with people around the Fort Smith and Fayetteville Arkansas area soon and toss around ideas.
