Hello,

I was hoping i can get your thoughts on the best way to protect myself. A developer needs money to finish a house. His clients have a mortgage loan but not a construction loan so i would be lending the money to finish the house. The best way to protect my self would be a lien? Would a lien on the land work or any suggestions that can help me thanks

Hello guys i was wondering if anyone can share some light on this. Im interested in making a highest bid on a home. The property county records show the bank as the owner 100 % however the bank is selling the home to the highest bidder via a quitclaim deed. The property is not vacant. assuming it is the owners living rent free there how do i go about starting an eviction process without talking to them personally. Would i hire an attorney or go to county clerk. Not sure what to do.

Thanks

If the people who defaulted on the loan are still living there. Say i end up being the highest bidder. CITI gives me the quitclaim deed an i can start the eviction process?

Hi guys,

Was wondering if anyone had any information on this. Im looking at a property in Texas. From Auction Network it is a quitclaim deed. There are people still living in the home. Checking the county tax records its a foreclosure  from CITIMORTGAGE BANK but i just don't know why they would be issuing a quitclaim deed. Any help thanks Its a bummer that i cannot see the inside of the property its just a wild guess.
