Hello,

I can share with you that in Belgium you need to hold property after 5 years of holding to avoid payment of tax. Not lot of wholesellers indeed.

What I have seen is that many new developments might be an option here.

Hi Hans,

Happy to hear that you are on it!

Yes, now I am looking for 4-5 units in 2000 area. I have whole team set up, including property manager and construction crew. Not big fan of heavy renovations as lot of unexpected things pop up.

You can pm me so we can continue chat there. As single family is easy money, i want to scale up and 4-5 units will not bring lot of cashflow initially, but as you know slowly will pick up by years.

Let me know what deal you are looking for, perhaps we can team up :)

Hi Hans! Welcome! How many units so far?

How do you find dealing with local banks for mortgages? ;)

Hi Robert,

Welcome here! Let us know about what you are looking for, perhaps we can all help :)

Do you have any deals already or just jumping in?

I personally invest in Antwerp, have couple of single apartments, now trying to jump into multifamily deals in city and surroundings.
